RATES - Soldier Meadows
LODGING: Our Main Lodge is comfortable and fitting for the area. It contains 6 private rooms with Queen beds and 4 private rooms with Bunk beds. We have two suites with living room, bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. For those a bit more adventurous, we have a rustic cozy bunkhouse with wood stove and bunk beds to sleep up to four people. The main lodge has a cookhouse dining room, and a common living room with a large stone fireplace and a small gift shop.
ROOMS:
*Suites:$75 per person nightly (Requires Double Occupancy and Minimum of 2 Nights)
*Queen Rooms: $60 per person nightly (Double occupancy & 2+ Nights $50 per person nightly)
*Bunk Bed Rooms:$55 per person nightly (Double occupancy & 2+ Nights $45 per person nightly)
*Bunkhouse:$40 per person nightly (Double occupancy & 2+ Nights $35 per person nightly)
*Children Under 12: Staying in same room as adult are FREE. Children Under 12 staying in Separate Room are: Per Child $40 in Queen Room, $35 Bunk Room, $25 Bunkhouse.
MEALS: Enjoy our cookhouse dining which features homemade, old-fashioned ranch grub that never goes out of style. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and lemonade made with our wonderful natural Ranch House Spring water are always available. Guests dine together with the crew in our cookhouse dining room. We use ranch grown and local products from local producers whenever we can. We always feature quality meats, and produce and the menu varies but is always delicious and filling too. Don’t forget to visit our recipe pages for a hint of what you might enjoy at the Ranch. All meal prices include unlimited drinks and home made desert is included with dinner.
*Breakfast: $12 beverages included (Children under 12 are $9)
Dinner:$20 beverages and dessert included. (Children under 12 are $15)
*Deposits:50% payment upon confirmation. Balance Due upon arrival.
*Cancellation:Cancellations must be received a minimum of 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If you cancel more than 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date, we will refund 50% of your Deposit otherwise, Deposits Are Not Refundable.
*BYOBAdult beverages must be provided by guest as facility does not yet have a liquor license.
MISCELLANEOUS:
*Campers/RV's $12 daily rate or $75 weekly (no dump station available at this time) No hookups. We will be making improvements for RVs soon.
*Tent Camping$10 daily rate or $60 per week.
*Transportation:Ground transportation from Reno may be arranged for you.
*Getting Around:A Four Wheel Drive vehicle is recommended. Motorcycles, SUVs, Trucks, Quads, and other ATV’ and 4 wheel drives are welcome.
*Horses:No horse rentals or boarding are available at this time.
*Ice:$3 per bag
*Showers:Included except $5 each for campers and visitors not staying at the Ranch
*Tax:Local tax rates will be applied to all charges

DIRECTIONS: Fly or drive to Reno, Nevada. Commercial flights are readily available into Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Private planes may land at Soldier Meadows Field. From Reno, drive East on I-80 take the Wadsworth/South Fernley exit. Turn left at Stop sign. Continue westerly to Wadsworth and Turn Right on to State Highway 447. Stay on 447 through Nixon, Empire and Gerlach. Top off your fuel in Gerlach. Just as you leave Gerlach at the Y bear to the Right on to State Highway 34 which skirts along the West side of the Black Rock Desert for approximately 12 miles. Turn Right on to Soldier Meadows Road (at the Soldier Meadows Ranch and Lodge sign) following it for approximately 50 miles. Enjoy the scenery and enter the white Soldier Meadows Ranch Iron Gate. Continue up our driveway past the air strip towards the big trees.
