Wrangler’s Chili Rellano Bake

Ingredients:
        1/2 pound ground beef
        1/2 pound chorizo or sausage
        1 onion, diced
        2 garlic cloves, chopped
        Two 4-ounce cans whole green chilies
        2 cups grated cheddar cheese
        4 eggs
        1/4 cup flour
        1-1/2 cups milk
        1/2 teaspoon salt
        dash of Tabasco pepper sauce

 Cook meat, onion, and garlic until browned. Layer 9 x 13-inch casserole dish  with green chilies on bottom, then cheese mixture, then meat mixture - repeat at  least two layers. Blend eggs, flour, milk, salt, and Tabasco and pour  over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until  toothpick inserted comes out clean.
