Desert Sour Cream Potatoes |

Ingredients: Parboil potatoes until done. Let cool. Grate potatoes and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook casserole until completely hot, 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on dish size. For an added zing, you may put in chopped green chilies. Serves: 6 to 8 people. |
